Job Description
- Lead the preparation of budgets and cost applications as needed.
- Ensure all contractual compliance requirements and documents are included in each cost proposal.
- Manage partners on proposal budgetary assistance, providing guidance and assistance as needed and reviewing their budget submissions for accuracy and completion.
- Organize and facilitate proposal budget and cost application review sessions.
- Review grant agreements and modifications to ensure accuracy of budget and special conditions.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure that proposal budgeting incorporates current and planned Counterpart pricing.
- Collaborate on special projects that would contribute to more accurate proposal budgeting
- Work closely with Counterpart’s Finance and Compliance teams to develop templates.
- Manage and mentor junior costing and pricing staff.
- Demonstrated familiarity with pricing under both acquisition and assistance instruments.
Job Requirements
- Experience a Minimum of 10 years in the contracting field.
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher education qualification in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience with team management and development.
- Demonstrated decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, high level of attention to detail.
- Skills in time management and task completion.
